山下大輔（いて座）／ Daisuke Yamashita (Sagittarius)
兵庫県神戸市で生まれ、7歳の時に家族で峰の原に移り住む。菅平小中学校を卒業した後、下宿をしながら
ペンションを継いだことをきっかけにガーデニングを始め、現在はガーデニング教室も開催。また、スキーインストラクターの資格を取り、毎冬、100名を超える人にレッスンをしている。カメラも好きで、撮った写真はブログで公開している。
Born in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, moved to Minenohara with his family at the age of 7. After graduating from Sugadaira Junior High School, he went to a high school in Ueda while staying at a boarding. Moved to the U.K. at the age of 18, and studied at Essex University majoring in political science. After graduation, worked in Tokyo, where worked as a secretary, translator, and overseas business.
Awakened to gardening after inheriting the pension, and now holds the
gardening lessons. Qualifies as a ski instructor and teaches more than
100 people every winter. The camera is one of his hobbies and his photos
are posted on the blog.
山下妃富（さそり座）／Hitomi Yamashita (Scorpio)
福島県郡山市で生まれ、７歳の時に家族で埼玉県へ移り住む。高校では簿記や情報処理を中心に経理を勉強し、卒業後は川口市にある税理士事務所に勤務。企業の決算や確定申告などに携わる。結婚を機に都会を離れ、自然の中で暮らし始める。
趣味は旅行とショッピング。ペンションでは料理を担当し、庭で育てた野菜やハーブ、信州の新鮮な素材を活かしたメニュー開発に取り組んでいる。
Born in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, moved to Saitama Prefecture
with her family at the age of 7. In high school, studied accounting mainly
in bookkeeping and information processing. After graduation, worked for
a tax accountant office in Kawaguchi by engaging in corporate financial
statements and tax returns. After marriage, left the urban life and began
living in nature.
Her hobbies are traveling and shopping. Is in charge of cooking at the pension and is working on menu development utilizing vegetables and herbs grown in the garden and fresh ingredients from the local area.
